       Team or one on one Conditioning Program for all sports

Everyone is searching for that sport fitness edge. To compete at your very best, you need to build the appropriate strength, power and speed elements into your conditioning regime. That's what gives you the extra edge you need to excel at your sport.

Whether you are a beginner athlete or an experienced athlete you need a conditioning plan. We use a periodised scheme for developing base training which includes core stability and the fundamentals of strength.  Following base training EAF starts a periodised scheme of plyometrics related to the individual’s own level of base training and physical maturity.

 

Soccer Conditioning for Ladies

with over 15 years experience in both has introduced
a new 8 week workshop designed to make you a stronger soccer player.

 

Team Soccer Injury Prevention Program for Ladies

 

Did you know that knee injuries result in the most time lost from competition and produced the greatest number of cases requiring surgery?  Did you also know that studies have shown that female soccer players are much more prone to knee injuries than their male counterparts (31.8% compared with 17%)?  Research has also shown that a pre-season, competition, and transition strengthening programs can aid in decreasing soccer related injuries (ankles, adductors, the hamstrings, and the quadriceps).

 

Patty Reilly will teach you how to decrease the risk of the most common soccer injuries.

All conditioning programs are available by appointment only.

Appointments can be made on the following days:

 

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 4 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Sundays: 9:00 – 12 noon & 4pm – 8pm

 

Private Sessions (one on one)

$70.00/session

 

Team Training

$120.00 (up to 10 participants) + $12.00 additional participants/session
