      Adult & Youth Personal Training

Whether you want to lose some weight, gain muscle or just
stay active, you won't get a better workout than you will
with a skilled professional to guide and motivate you.
Individual programs are designed based on your goals, fitness
level, lifestyle and other factors.

 

Small Group Personal Training

 

The accountability of one-on-one training with the motivation and fun enjoyed in a group atmosphere. 

Partner up with a friend or two and get all the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

 

Calling all weekend warriors and active adults

 

  • Are you over 25 and still involved in sports and keeping active?

 

  • Do you want to enhance your performance on the ski hill, or golf course? 

 

  • Are you still competitive (Masters Athlete) on the soccer field, basketball court and

    running marathons, and want to keep up your speed?

 

  • Have you been dealing with an injury that has kept you away from the sports you love?

 

If you answered yes to any of the above questions than a conditioning program might be for you.

    Personal Training Available on an appointment basis.

     Appointments available on the following days:

 

    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 – 9:30 p.m.

    Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 a.m. – 12 noon

 

    Private Sessions (one on one)

    $70.00/session

 

    Small Group Rate

    $70.00 + $15.00 each friend/session

 

    Team Training

    $120/session up to 10 participants + $12.00 each additional participant

 

    Home Rate

    We will design a program for you to use in your home or gym
